DIRECTIONS:
Light Palo Santo or smudge stick at the end, have a smudge bowl to catch any ash, carefully blow out flames to allow stick to smoulder.
Use smooth movements when wafting smoke around your home, body, or objects thinking or saying positive things.
Walk around the room you want to cleanse. Go from corner to corner clockwise wafting smoke up towards the ceiling.
Once finished, extinguish the stick by stubbing it against the bottom of the bowl.
