DIRECTIONS:
Light smudge stick at tips of leaves, have a smudge bowl ready to catch ash, carefully blow out flames to allow leaves to smoulder.
Use smooth movements when wafting smoke around your home, body, or objects thinking or saying positive things.
Walk around the room you want to cleanse. Go from corner to corner clockwise wafting smoke up towards the ceiling.
Once finished, extinguish smudge stick by stubbing it against the bottom of the bowl.
